New Patients

At 186 Park Road Dental Practice we invite new NHS and private patients to join our family friendly dental practice. We are open to all patients, and have facilities to accommodate those using a wheelchair or a hearing aid.

If you would like to register as a new patient please send your full name, date of birth, home address and telephone number via email to us at 186parkroaddental@gmail.com. Please note, if you are enquiring about NHS registration, availability will depend on our capacity at the time. We endeavour to register where we can, however, if we are unable to register you at the time, we will add you to our NHS waiting list and contact you as soon as possible.

You will receive digital forms two days prior to your appointment where you can update your medical history. In the case of NHS patients, this will also include an NHS form. Please inform us of any changes to your contact details so that the forms are sent to you. Please feel free to give us a call on 02083407660 if you would like any further information.

Your first appointment at 186 Park Road Dental Practice will consist of a clinical examination & if necessary, a radiographic examination. In this time we will also discuss your treatment plan and preferences. We are very happy to talk through any concerns or questions you have about your oral health.

Emergency appointments

We offer emergency appointments for existing patients. If you are a new patient, you will need to book the first available appointment, where you will be treated. In some cases you may require a follow-up appointment.
